The Boathouse at Millican Reserve offers a peaceful waterfront location for weddings, corporate retreats, and private gatherings. With both indoor and outdoor spaces, it provides flexibility for events of most sizes while keeping guests connected to the natural surroundings. Tucked beneath a canopy of trees, the Grove is a beautiful outdoor lakeside venue designed for intimate celebrations, receptions, and special gatherings. The natural setting offers a rustic yet elegant backdrop, allowing events to feel both private and immersed in the landscape. The open space creates a welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for any occasion. With easy access to trails and water, guests can easily experience the beauty of Millican Reserve.
Located at the Farm Entrance to Millican Reserve, the Market is an open-air space ideal for casual gatherings, community events, and outdoor receptions. With a covered pavilion and easy access to trails, ponds, and green spaces, it’s a great setting for group activities and social events. The relaxed atmosphere makes it an excellent choice for everything from farm-to-table dinners to outdoor workshops and live music.
Professional photographers must make a reservation and may be subject to a fee.
Per the rental contract, rental payments are non-refundable.
Cleaning fees are not included in the standard rental fee.
Submit a signed contract and 50% down payment to secure your rental date.
A $500 security deposit and 50% non-refundable down payment are required for a venue rental.
Full-day rentals (12 hours) are available daily. Partial rentals are only available Monday–Thursday and Sundays.
All alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified bartender with current insurance on file. Security is required during alcohol service.

Outside vendors are allowed with prior approval and appropriate insurance. Security is required for events with alcohol or more than 100 guests.
The Boathouse is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
