We’re a small team with big goals—where creativity, care, and curiosity are valued every day. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions may be available throughout the year. If you’re looking to grow your skills while making a meaningful difference, this is the place.
Opportunities at the Conservancy are rare—but meaningful. When roles do become available, they’ll be posted here. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore our Volunteer Opportunities or join our mailing list to stay connected and hear about future openings.
Help manage and protect the natural landscape of Millican Reserve. This role supports land restoration, trail systems, wildlife monitoring, and volunteer workdays. Ideal for someone with experience in conservation, forestry, or environmental science—and a passion for working outdoors.
To apply for an open position, please email your resume and a brief cover letter to careers@millicanconservancy.org. Be sure to include the job title in the subject line. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and we’ll reach out directly if your background is a good fit.
We appreciate your interest in supporting the Conservancy’s mission.
Throughout the year, the Conservancy occasionally hires seasonal staff to support special events, summer programs like Camp Millican, outdoor education, and land stewardship projects.
If you’re interested in being considered for future opportunities—such as camp counselors, event staff, or part-time field work—we invite you to add your name to our seasonal interest list.
