Trail Access

Millican Reserve’s private trails wind through hundreds of acres of woods, prairie, and creeks — a place to explore on foot, bike, or horseback. The trail system is privately maintained and protected by the Conservancy to ensure a safe and sustainable experience for the entire community.

To help fund this stewardship, all non-members must purchase a TrailPass. Options are available for day use, monthly access, or year-round entry, with proceeds going toward trail care, land management, and conservation programs.

Know before you go

Trail access is by pass only

The private trail system at Millican Reserve is open year-round, weather permitting, but access is limited to Conservancy members and TrailPass holders. Whether you’re walking, hiking, biking, or riding horseback, a valid pass is required before using the trail system.

Passes help ensure that the trails remain safe, cared for, and open to the public in a sustainable way. They also help us monitor usage and protect sensitive areas of the land. You don’t need to schedule your visit in advance — just purchase a pass before you arrive and enjoy the land on your own time. Trail maps and guidelines are provided with your confirmation.
