We appreciate our members! Annual paid Conservancy Members will receive Pumpkinpalooza tickets as part of their membership. Please claim your tickets at the VIP ticket tent at Pumpkinpalooza. Please help us by presenting your entire group for ticket redemption upon arrival. Member tickets are non-transferrable. NOTE: Conservancy TrailPass holders will still need to purchase tickets to Pumpkinpalooza Weekend.

Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome. Pumpkinpalooza is a lively, family-focused festival, and well-behaved dogs on a leash are invited to join the fun. For everyone’s safety, dogs that are aggressive, disruptive, or uncomfortable in an active environment will be asked to leave with their owners. If your pup doesn’t do well with crowds, noise, or other animals, we recommend leaving them at home.

If you are a Conservancy Member, you can access the trails via the Farm Entrance to Millican Reserve. This can be found at 19851 FM 2154 College Station, TX 77845. Parking is available in the grassy area by the kiosk at BaseCamp. Do NOT proceed past the Farm.

Yes. A credit card can be kept on file OR 2 weeks prior to your event, a $500 damage deposit will be collected. This amount is returned within a timely manner after your event minus any damages.

Millican Reserve is private property, and fishing is allowed only for homeowners and their accompanied guests and is subject to Foundation and Conservancy rules.

If you are an angler, keep an eye on our calendar because we regularly host fishing activities. All fishing at Millican Reserve is catch-and-release.

For safety reasons, it is never recommended to venture onto the trails alone. And anyone under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult.

The Boathouse is ideal for seated groups of 50-75. Seating added on the porch overlooking the water can accommodate up to 100 total guests. Groups over 100 are well managed using indoor and outdoor space. Additional fees may apply to groups over 100.

There are two main gravel parking areas near the Boathouse that can hold up to 75 vehicles. Additional grass parking is available just a short walk from the venue.

We accept reservations no more than 18 months in advance of the event date.

A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to hold a date for an event at the Boathouse. For all day rentals, the non-refundable deposit is half of all fees due. All deposits are applied to the total rental fees. The final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Payment plans are available if needed.

It’s easy! And yummy! The best way to enjoy our farm’s produce is to join our CSA! CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, and it is an easy way to engage with your farmer and buy healthy produce directly from the farm. Limited access to Millican Reserve’s trail system is available to members of the Conservancy. Members support the conservation mission of Millican Reserve and help fund the maintenance of the trails. If you would like to hit the trails, please consider joining the Conservancy.

Absolutely! Central air and heat are provided. You are welcome set the thermostat at whatever temperature is comfortable for your group.

Yes, for an additional fee we can set up and tear down tables and chairs for you. A floorplan must be provided at least two weeks in advance. Venue staff can help you find a perfect layout.

No, the venue is open for rental by any individual or group.

Yes! Tours are available by appointment only. Please fill out an inquiry form or contact us at events@millicanreserve.com to arrange to see the venue.

Can my non-member friend join me on the trails?

Can my non-member friend join me on the trails?

No. (That’s the short answer.)

All participants must be Conservancy Members to access the property. Please ask your friend to purchase a Conservancy Membership before joining you on the property. A TrailPass membership is inexpensive and helps support our conservation vision! (Note that minors listed on their parent’s member account do not need to hold their own membership.)

Yes! A list of preferred vendors will be supplied; however, you are more than welcome to choose a vendor not on our list. All vendors must be approved and have adequate insurance and licensing. Security for events serving alcohol or having over 100 guests must use BadgeHire.

Conservancy members may bring friendly, well-behaved dogs to approved areas at Millican Reserve as long as they remain on leash or under voice control at all times. You are responsible for picking up after your dog!

Conservancy Members, TrailPass holders, and DayPass holders may access hiking, biking, and equestrian trails via the Farm Entrance at 19851 FM 2154. Notify the Stables before bringing your horse.

Fishing is not open to the public

Fishing is available only to homeowners and their invited guests (accompanied by the homeowner), or through Conservancy fishing programs. All fishing is catch-and-release and follows posted rules.

All trail users must be Conservancy Members, TrailPass holders, or purchase a DayPass. Minors listed under a parent’s Membership do not need their own pass.

You must be at least 16 or with an adult to be on the trails

You must be at least 16 or with an adult to be on the trails

Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. For safety, solo trail use is discouraged for all visitors.
