Day at Play

Soar into the weekend with Day at Play: Kite Day at Millican Reserve! Whether you’re bringing your favorite kite from home or watching others take flight, this free outdoor event is all about fresh air, open skies, and high-flying fun. 

We’ll have plenty of space in our wide-open fields for participants to fly kites, play yard games, and enjoy the beautiful springtime weather. Bring your picnic blanket and stay a while! 

What to Bring: 

• Your own kite (some may be available to borrow while supplies last) 

• Sunscreen, water, and a hat 

• Lawn chairs or blankets if you want to sit back and relax 

This event is FREE, but RSVPs are encouraged to help us prepare. 

Parking: 

Please use the Farm Entrance to Millican Reserve (19851 FM 2154). Designated parking is available at Basecamp. You MAY NOT PROCEED past the parking area in your vehicle. 

All outdoor events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Registered attendees will be notified via email in the event of a cancellation.
