Day at Play

Express your creativity in the open air at Day at Play – Outdoor Art at Millican Reserve! This unique morning event transforms our scenic farm space into an outdoor studio where kids and families can explore art inspired by nature. 

We’ll provide a variety of art stations and materials, including: 

• Nature-themed coloring pages 

• Watercolor painting 

• Rock painting 

• Leaf rubbings and bark texture art 

Guests are welcome to take their creations home or add them to our temporary art wall near the Bunkhouse. 

Whether you’re an aspiring young artist or just want a relaxing morning surrounded by beauty and color, this event offers a chance to slow down, observe nature, and make something memorable. 

This event is FREE, but RSVPs are encouraged so we can prepare enough materials for everyone. 

Parking

Please use the Farm Entrance to Millican Reserve (19851 FM 2154). There is designated parking in the grassy area across from the Market structure. You MAY NOT PROCEED past the Farm area in your vehicle.

All outdoor events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Registered attendees will be notified via email in the event of a cancellation.
