2nd Annual Father’s Day Fishing Tournament 

Celebrate Father’s Day with family, food, and fishing at Millican Reserve’s 2nd Annual Father’s Day Fishing Tournament! 

Join us at the Boathouse on Lake Prescott for a morning of friendly competition and outdoor fun. The tournament is catch-and-release only, making it a great way to enjoy the day while helping preserve our fish population. 

Anglers of all ages are welcome! Basic equipment — worms, loaner fishing poles, and tackle — will be provided, and participants are welcome to bring their own rods, lures, spoons, or flies. (Outside live bait is not permitted.) 

After fishing, gather for a community-style hot dog lunch with chips and drinks included in your ticket price. 

Prizes will be awarded in the form of trophies for each of the following categories: 

• Biggest Fish 

• Longest Fish 

• Smallest Fish 

• Most Fish Caught 

• Most Species Caught 

• Overall Champion (Top 3 Fish Length Total) 

Bring your family, celebrate dad, and enjoy a fun-filled Father’s Day morning outdoors! 

Parking
Please use the Farm Entrance to Millican Reserve (19851 FM 2154) and follow signs to the Boathouse for designated parking. You MAY NOT PROCEED past the parking area in your vehicle. 

All outdoor events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Registered attendees will be notified via email in the event of a cancellation.
